2. Is there a warranty on Dickson Products?

Yes, 12-months with the exception of the D154, D185, and accessories which have a 6-month warranty.

Dickson Chart Recorder accuracy specifications are only valid with the use of authentic Dickson brand charts and pens.


3. My instrument needs to be repaired. What should I do?

Please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number at 630.543.3747.

6. My Dickson instrument needs calibration. What should I do?

Click on the Calibration Services button at the top. Complete the Calibrate Your Instrument section. Box the instrument, along with the Calibration Return Form. Mark the outside of the box with the letters CCM. Ship the box to: 930 South Westwood Avenue, Addison, IL 60101
