1. Place Continuous, Calibrated and Certified Recording Thermometers in Both Refrigerators and Freezers

• Do Not Put Too Close to the Front or Back of the Refrigerator or Freezer
• Do Not Put In Plastic Containers, Door or Crisper
• Do Not Put On Bottom of Refrigerator

2. Check and Log the Temperature of Both the Refrigerator and the Freezer Twice Daily

3. Store the Temperature Charts and Logs For Three Years
